Client Acquitted of Sexual Assault
The client was acquitted after trial of where he was charged that he sexually assaulted a stranger in a public place. The client did not testify during the trial, but the cross examination of the client's accuser by Mr. MacDonald left the judge with a reasonable doubt as to whether the client's contact with the accuser constituted a sexual assault. The proecution had failed to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt and the client was found not guilty.
