Charge Withdrawn: Possession of a Weapon for a Purpose Dangerous to the Public

The client was charged with possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public, under allegations that he was one of two armed parties involved in a violent confrontation in front of a bar. After Mr. MacDonald conducted a meeting with the prosecuting Crown and a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice, all charges against the client were withdrawn.
